Shipping policy

Every Anesa piece is carefully inspected, securely packaged, and prepared to ensure it reaches you safely and in perfect condition.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Free COD available on select serviceable pin codes.
A non-refundable advance of ₹200 is required to confirm all COD orders. The remaining amount is payable upon delivery.

After dispatch:

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Tracking details will be shared via email and/or SMS once your order is dispatched.

Every order is:

Courier partners will make multiple delivery attempts.
If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, customer unavailability, or repeated failed attempts, the order may be returned to us. Re-dispatch charges may apply.
If a COD order is refused, cancelled after dispatch, returned due to an incorrect address, customer unavailability, or repeated failed delivery attempts, the booking amount will not be refunded.
Orders returned to us and requested for re-dispatch will incur applicable shipping charges, payable in advance.
